Restaurant Branch Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Restaurant Branch Manager to lead our fast-food pizza restaurant. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, managing staff, and driving sales while maintaining quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Operational Management:

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.
Implement and maintain company policies, health, and safety standards.
Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely ordering of supplies and ingredients.
Ensure all food preparation meets quality standards and brand guidelines.

Customer Service:

Uphold excellent customer service standards to enhance guest satisfaction.
Address customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally.
Manage online orders, deliveries, and dine-in experiences efficiently.

Staff Management:

Recruit, train, and supervise restaurant staff, ensuring a motivated and efficient team.
Schedule shifts and manage payroll to maintain optimal staffing levels.
Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching or disciplinary action as needed.

Financial Management:

Monitor daily sales, expenses, and profitability.
Analyze sales reports and identify opportunities to improve revenue and cost control.
Ensure accurate cash handling, reporting, and banking procedures.

Marketing & Promotions:

Collaborate with the marketing team to implement promotional campaigns.
Engage with the local community and customers to drive foot traffic.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related field (preferred).
Minimum of 3–5 years of restaurant management experience, preferably in fast food or pizza operations.
Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in POS systems, Microsoft Office, and inventory management software.
