As a Customer Experience Officer / Executive, you will be the first point of contact for our customers. Your role is to assist with transaction inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and ensure a smooth experience for users.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer customer calls, emails, and chats regarding transactions and service-related issues.
  • Provide guidance on transaction processes, exchange rates, and compliance requirements.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to the relevant departments.
  • Maintain professionalism and empathy when handling customer complaints.
  • Assist customers in troubleshooting online portal and mobile app issues.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • 0-2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in banking or remittance.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills and fluent in English.
  • Ability to work in shifts, including weekends if required.
  • Familiarity with financial transactions and money transfer processes is a plus.
