We are seeking for our Client an experienced Telesales Dialer to join their dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will have a strong command of English, a proven ability to excel in cold calling, and the enthusiasm to meet and exceed sales targets. Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound cold calls to potential clients, introducing and promoting our products or services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with leads to convert them into customers.
- Achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Handle objections effectively and professionally, turning challenges into opportunities.
- Accurately document customer interactions and feedback in the CRM system.
- Provide feedback to the team regarding customer trends and suggestions for improvement.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and sales techniques to maximize performance.
Requirements:
- Education: Minimum Intermediate (Graduates preferred).
- Experience: 3-4 years in cold calling and telesales.
- Skills: Exceptional English proficiency and persuasive communication skills.
- Work Hours: 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM (Pakistan Time).
- Location: Ark, Westeria Rd, DHA Phase 2, Islamabad.
- Salary: Rs 60,000 + Bonus.
