Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in Technical Advisory and business development initiatives.
- Responsible of handling routine customer complaints and accordingly providing solutions.
- Educating customers about productivity enhancement solutions through technical sessions/thread trials
- Liaison with the North Sales Team for collaborative business development opportunities
- Support the North Sales Team on technical queries and problems on-ground.
- Conforms with and abides by all regulations, policies, work procedures, safety rules, security procedures and instructions.
- Works proactively to promote teamwork at all levels of the company.
