Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, Ivanti EPM certification would be a plus

Experience: 3-4 years of experience

Key Responsibilities:

Configure and deploy Ivanti EPM for managing endpoints across the organization.
Develop and manage EPM policies, patch management, and software deployments.
Ensure scalability and optimization of Ivanti EPM solutions to meet business needs.
Monitor endpoint performance and proactively address issues.
Provide advanced troubleshooting for endpoint devices (desktops, laptops, and mobile devices).
Ensure endpoint security through compliance with policies and deployment of updates.
Proven experience in deploying, configuring, and managing Ivanti Endpoint Manager.
Strong expertise in patch management, software distribution, and endpoint monitoring.
Experience in troubleshooting and providing technical support for endpoint devices.
Strong knowledge of Windows, macOS, and mobile device management.
Experience with endpoint security solutions and integration with Ivanti.
Knowledge of Active Directory, Group Policy, and network protocols.
