Job Responsibilities:
- Contacting current & prospective customers to sell and explain services and identifying the products/ services that best meet the customer needs
- Following up with customers to close the sale, answer questions, and explain the importance of verification and trust.
- Responsible for speaking with prospects in the defined pipeline via calls and emails.
- Identifying the customer needs on call, seizing the opportunity to upsell products.
