Requirements:
Experience:
- Minimum of 1 years in construction supervision or related field.
- Proven track record of managing construction projects from start to finish.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., OSHA, PMP, NCCER) are a plus.
Skills:
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of construction methods, safety protocols, and building codes.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations on-site to ensure project timelines are met.
- Coordinate and manage subcontractors and laborers.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and safety compliance.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and clients to address project needs.
