The Role: We need skilled call center agents who are ready to take on the challenge of outbound calls in the ACA Health Insurance domain. Your role will involve engaging with potential customers, understanding their needs, and guiding them towards making informed decisions.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound ACA/Obamacare dialing campaigns.
  • Effectively use Readymode software for dialing operations.
  • Handle customer queries and objections confidently.
  • Ensure high-quality standards in each call leading to successful live transfers.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in call center operations, preferably in ACA Health Insurance. We will ask for references.
  • Strong communication skills and fluency in English.
  • Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new scripts and objection handling.
  • A results-driven approach with a focus on meeting performance metrics.
  • Willingness to work night shifts.(8PM-6AM Monday to Friday)

Interview Process: We conduct rolling interviews on Skype, which include a mock call session using our script, followed by a review of common objections. This will help us understand your approach and skills in real-time scenarios.
