Sourcing of new vendors and their pre-qualifying after detailed evaluation.
Processing Material & Service requisition from user departments (both Local and foreign).
Ensuring compliance of procurement procedures & documentation w.r.t company's policies.
Timely execution of Material / Service requisitions provided by user departments.
Selection of vendors, Initiation & preparation of Request for Quotations (RFQ) / Tender documents for bidding
Review technical evaluation of bids received from the user department and commercially evaluate the bids thoroughly.
Negotiate with vendors to secure the most advantageous terms ensuring maximum cost savings.
Ensuring timely issuance of Purchase Orders to vendors.
Follow up with vendors for timely delivery as per Purchase Order timelines.
Liaison between vendors and end-user departments for conflict resolution.
Coordination with the Finance department for LC opening.
Handling Scrap disposal. Smoothly execution of disposal process from start to end.
Yearly performance assessment of all vendors.
