We are seeking a creative and driven individual to manage and curate compelling content across various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube. This role focuses on crafting high-quality, engaging posts that resonate with our target audience and elevate brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Write and design content for social media posts, websites, blogs, and multimedia (e.g., infographics, images, videos) that align with the brand's voice and values.
  • Develop tailored content strategies for each platform, including LinkedIn, Instagram, Meta (Facebook), and YouTube, ensuring the style and tone speak to the unique audiences of each channel.
  • Use relevant scheduling tools to plan, organize, and publish content efficiently across all social media platforms, maintaining a consistent posting schedule.
  • Stay informed on social media trends, analyze competitor activity, and identify growth opportunities to increase engagement and expand our reach, particularly on LinkedIn and Meta.
  • Engage with followers by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries professionally and promptly, fostering a positive community around our brand.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to develop a social media strategy informed by data analytics, aligning with overall marketing objectives and effectively targeting the right audience.
  • Collaborate with the team to run advertising campaigns on platforms such as LinkedIn, Meta (Facebook, Instagram), and others, aiming for optimized audience targeting and increased brand visibility.
  • Regularly monitor social media performance metrics (reach, engagement, traffic, conversions), providing insights and reports that measure the success of content and campaigns.
  • Partner with teams from different departments (e.g., Social Projects, People Engagement) to ensure cohesive messaging and brand consistency across all platforms.
  • Continuously update your knowledge on the latest social media trends, platforms, and algorithms, with a particular focus on best practices for LinkedIn and Meta.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communications, Journalism, Marketing or a related field.
  • Fresh graduates from reputed university
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms (Meta & LinkedIn) and the ability to craft platform-specific content.
  • Proven track record of creating engaging and creative content across various formats (text, visual, video) and for diverse audiences.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a passion for storytelling and brand messaging.
  • Proficiency in social media analytics tools and experience using platforms like Facebook Ads Manager and LinkedIn Ads is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
  • A passion for content creation and a desire to stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in social media marketing, especially for LinkedIn and Meta.
