We are looking for an experienced Executive Secretary to support senior management for our exciting

Key Responsibilities:

Provide executive-level administrative support
Manage executive schedules, meetings, and correspondence
Organize travel arrangements and event coordination
Handle confidential documents and sensitive information
Liaise with internal and external stakeholders
Prepare reports, presentations, and assist with office management

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Proven experience as an Executive Secretary or in a similar administrative role
Strong communication and organizational skills
Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Ability to multitask and manage deadlines
Discretion and confidentiality
A degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred
Fluency in English and Urdu
