Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the travel or hospitality industry.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a friendly and professional demeanor.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple customer interactions simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with online booking systems and travel-related technology.
  • Passion for travel and a comprehensive knowledge of popular tourist destinations.
