Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and experienced Final Expense Closer to join our dynamic outbound call center team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the call center industry, excellent English communication skills, and a proven track record in closing final expense policies. Key Responsibilities:

  • Outbound Sales Calls: Initiate calls to potential clients, effectively presenting final expense insurance options tailored to their needs.
  • Lead Management: Utilize provided leads and maintain accurate records of interactions in our CRM system.
  • Client Engagement: Build rapport with clients, addressing their concerns and providing clear explanations of policy benefits.
  • Closing Sales: Utilize persuasive techniques and strong closing skills to finalize sales, ensuring all compliance requirements are met.
  • Performance Metrics: Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets, maintaining high standards of performance.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay informed about industry trends, product offerings, and company policies to enhance sales strategies.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with team members and management to share insights and improve overall sales processes.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum of 1 year in an outbound call center environment, specifically in final expense sales.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills; ability to articulate complex information clearly and persuasively.
  • Sales Skills: Proven experience in closing sales, with a track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Work Ethic: Strong commitment to professionalism, punctuality, and ethical sales practices.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in using CRM software and basic computer applications.
  • Adaptability: Ability to handle objections and adapt sales techniques based on client needs.
