We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Logistics Coordinator to join our team. The Design Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing and managing the design process from conception to completion. This role requires strong organizational skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to coordinate and communicate effectively with various stakeholders. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of design principles, project management, and the ability to thrive in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities"

  • Coordinate and manage design projects from concept development through to implementation, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Collaborate closely with architects, designers, engineers, and contractors to gather project requirements and specifications.
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation, including drawings, plans, schedules, and budgets.
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration between internal teams and external partners to ensure project objectives are met.
  • Conduct research on materials, products, and des ign trends to support project goals.
  • Assist in the selection and procurement of materials, furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E).
  • Review and approve design submissions, ensuring compliance with design standards, building codes, and regulations.
  • Organize and participate in design meetings, presenting project updates and proposals to stakeholders.
  • Monitor project progress, identify potential issues or delays, and implement solutions to keep projects on track.
  • Prepare and present presentations, reports, and visualizations to communicate design concepts and project status effectively.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience

  • Proven experience as a Logistics Coordinator or supply chain professional or similar role.
  • Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and standards related to design and construction is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of design principles, aesthetics, and materials.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.

NOTE: The job is for one of our clients (NEOM Enterprises) and relocation to their site is required, selected candidate’s contract and payroll will be with FNRCO, KSA.
