Real estate company that buys and sells vacant land, is looking for a highly motivated, detail-oriented, operations manager to:
- Oversee 10 remote employees (acquisition and disposition) - experience needed managing teams
- Review incoming real estate deals and new markets (review comps, etc) - no experience needed here, we will train.
- Optimize marketing efforts (sms blast, direct mail, voicemail) - experience with data analysis
- Monitor current inventory of properties, and price accordingly - no experience needed here, we will train. Big plus - experience with CRMS, softwares/platforms
