Responsibilities:
- Assist and optimize Amazon Seller Central accounts for multiple clients.
- Monitor account health, troubleshoot issues, and resolve listing suppressions, stranded inventory, and other catalog-related problems.
- Conduct keyword research and optimize listings (titles, bullet points, descriptions, backend search terms).
- Monitor and improve product rankings, conversion rates, and organic visibility.
- Assist in managing FBA shipments, reconcile inventory discrepancies, and ensure smooth logistics operations.
- Generate reports and provide insights on account performance, sales trends, and opportunities.
- Stay up to date with Amazon policies, algorithm changes, and best practices.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience managing Amazon Seller Central accounts.
- Strong understanding of Amazon SEO, listing optimization, and keyword research.
- Knowledge of FBA logistics, inventory management, and troubleshooting common issues.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to work with data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to handle account issues proactively.
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts effectively.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with Amazon Vendor Central.
- Familiarity with tools like Helium 10, Jungle Scout, or Data Dive.
- Previous experience in an Amazon agency managing multiple brands.
