We are seeking an experienced and passionate Restaurant Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our restaurant. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring excellent customer service, managing staff, optimizing profits, and maintaining high standards of food quality, hygiene, and health & safety.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
  • Collaborate with senior management to establish efficient processes that align with business objectives.
  • Recruit, train, and supervise staff, including scheduling and performance management.
  • Lead, manage, and mentor operational staff, ensuring optimal performance and professional growth

  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering excellent service and handling customer complaints effectively.
  • Oversee customer service processes to ensure timely and satisfactory resolution of issues.
  • Continuously work to improve customer experience through operational excellence.
  • Manage budgets, control costs, and maximize profitability through effective cost management and upselling strategies.
  • Prepare, monitor, and manage operational budgets to ensure financial efficiency.
  • Track operational costs, identify variances, and implement corrective actions where necessary.
  • Monitor stock levels, order supplies, and manage inventory to ensure consistent availability of products.
  • Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations, food safety standards, and company policies.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to promote the restaurant, develop promotional strategies, and drive sales.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.

Required Skills:

  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Proficient in financial management and budgeting.
  • Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations and health & safety standards.
