Main responsibilities:
- Independently prototype and develop web applications with complex interaction patterns, flexible components, and efficient backend.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to conduct evaluation studies with multiple iterations of generative AI models.
- Analyze and improve the efficiency and scalability of web applications.
Minimum requirements:
- Should be able to write product and system development code.
- Willing to learn new technology and try different things.
- Able to communicate effectively.Must have at least 1 year of hands-on experience working with any one of the following languages for the backend (Go, Nodejs, Python, Java, C#, Rust, or Scala)
- Ability to write testable and efficient code.
- Understanding of client-server architecture.
- Contribute to documentation.
- Ability to debug and identify issues.
Nice to have:
- A bachelor’s or a master’s degree in Computer Science/Engineering, Data Science, Machine Learning, Statistics, or Mathematics.
- Active participation in design and architecture discussions
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently and take initiative.
- Understanding of CI/CD
