Machine Operator

We are seeking skilled and experienced Machine Operators to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating machinery efficiently and ensuring product quality meets our standards. In this role, you will be expected to monitor machine operations, perform routine maintenance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure the production process runs smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate and monitor machinery to ensure efficient production.
Maintain product quality by inspecting and adjusting machine operations as needed.
Perform routine machine maintenance to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
Troubleshoot and resolve any mechanical issues to minimize downtime.
Adhere to safety protocols and company policies.
Keep accurate records of machine operations, maintenance activities, and production output.
Work both independently and collaboratively with the production team.
Follow production schedules and meet daily output targets.
Suggest improvements to machine processes for enhanced efficiency.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a machine operator in a manufacturing environment.
Knowledge of machine maintenance and troubleshooting.
Ability to read and understand technical manuals and machine instructions.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Physical stamina to operate machinery for extended periods.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in a concrete products or stone manufacturing environment.
Basic mechanical or technical certifications.
