Job Overview:

We are looking for a creative and energetic Fashion Designer to produce high quality designs.

You should have basic knowledge of garment technology and the production process. Besides designing clothes and accessories, you should also conceptualize and forecast design trends. Our ability to visualize patterns differently and market those to retailers, fashion houses and boutiques will be an added advantage. Also, converting rough sketches into eye-catching designs and going an extra mile to offer client satisfaction is a bonus.

Responsibilities for Fashion Designer

Sketch out the design
Test different materials for the design
Test the design on models and people.
Display designs to potential customers and vendors.
Work with production to see if the design is feasible.
Attend fashion events.
Increase knowledge of the fashion industry.
Develop innovative designs for the organization.
Qualifications for Fashion Designer.
Bachelor's or Associate's degree in fashion design.
Ability to create eye-catching designs.
A good eye for fashion.
Deep knowledge of the fashion industry.
Incredible attention to detail.

Ability to work alone.
Ability to collaborate with other designers.
Designing clothes and accessories to meet brief.
Forecasting and developing new patterns.

Delivering final product in-line with the company’s standards.
Testing different types of materials and colors to ensure high-quality product.
Attending workshops, fashion shows and events to upgrade skill.

Selecting and purchasing materials and fabrics.
