MAKY Educational Immigration Services is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Marketing Officer to lead our digital marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive marketing strategy to establish our brand as a leading name in educational and immigration services across TikTok, Instagram, and other social media platforms. This role will focus on driving brand awareness, engaging target audiences, and boosting sales through innovative online marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and Execute Marketing Strategies:

Plan, create, and implement a robust marketing strategy to enhance brand recognition on TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and other relevant social media platforms.

Content Creation:

Collaborate with the creative team to design engaging and relevant content (videos, graphics, etc.) tailored for social media audiences.

Social Media Management:

Manage daily operations of our social media profiles, ensuring consistent posting, audience engagement, and growth across platforms.

Analytics & Reporting:

Track, analyze, and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, using insights to optimize future strategies.

Drive Sales:

Develop targeted campaigns that convert social media engagement into sales and increase the number of inquiries for our educational and immigration services.

Brand Building:

Work on establishing MAKY as a well-known brand by leveraging influencer marketing, partnerships, and community-building strategies.

Market Research:

Stay updated on social media trends, competitor activities, and audience behavior to adjust strategies accordingly.

Collaborate with Teams:

Work closely with the admissions and customer service teams to align marketing activities with sales goals.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Proven experience in digital marketing, social media management, or a similar role.
Expertise in social media platforms like TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook.
Strong understanding of content creation and the ability to create engaging campaigns that resonate with target audiences.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and adjust strategies accordingly.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills:

Experience in educational or immigration services marketing.
Familiarity with influencer marketing and online brand collaborations.
Knowledge of paid social media advertising and SEO/SEM strategies.
