We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to manage our financial records, including books, tax records, and compliance. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of accounting principles and practices, along with experience in tax preparation and financial reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and reconcile the general ledger and subsidiary accounts.
- Prepare and file tax returns and ensure compliance with tax regulations.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable.
- Prepare financial statements and assist in budget preparation.
- Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to management.
- Ensure proper documentation for financial transactions and audits.
- Liaise with external auditors and tax authorities as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of accounting experience.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, or similar
- Knowledge of tax regulations and compliance.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
