Sales Associate

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Sales Associate with strong computer and accounting abilities to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, managing financial transactions, and utilizing their technical expertise to streamline sales processes. This position requires a combination of sales acumen, proficiency in various computer applications and software, as well as accounting knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct sales activities to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Manage financial transactions, including invoicing, billing, and payment processing.
Utilize accounting software to maintain accurate records of sales transactions, expenses, and accounts receivable.
Prepare and analyze financial reports to track sales performance, profitability, and cash flow.
Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities.

Requirements:

Proven experience in sales, with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero).
Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial management.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to analyze sales and financial data to make informed decisions.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
Previous experience in a sales role with accounting responsibilities is a plus.
