We are seeking a skilled Banking and Finance Executive to manage financial operations, banking relationships, and audit processes. The ideal candidate will be experienced in corporate banking, financial analysis, trade finance, and internal/external audits. This role plays a key part in supporting the company’s financial health, compliance, and strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
Banking & Finance Operations:
Oversee daily banking activities, fund transfers, and reconciliation of bank accounts.
Liaise with local and international banks for trade finance (LCs, guarantees), working capital, and credit facilities.
Monitor and manage cash flow, loan repayments, and treasury functions.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and forecasts.
Support the budgeting process and analyze financial performance vs. targets.
Coordinate foreign exchange transactions and currency risk management.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations, company policies, and tax laws.
Audit & Internal Controls:
Prepare documentation and schedules for internal, external, and statutory audits.
Coordinate with auditors and provide accurate, timely information during audit reviews.
Assist in implementing audit recommendations and strengthening internal financial controls.
Review financial records, identify discrepancies, and ensure the accuracy and completeness of transactions.
Conduct periodic internal checks to ensure adherence to SOPs and reporting standards.
Maintain proper documentation and audit trails for all financial and banking transactions.
Requirements:
Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
2–5 years of relevant experience in corporate finance, banking, or audit.
Solid understanding of trade finance, LC documentation, and credit management.
Experience working with auditors and handling audit queries.
Proficiency in MS Excel, ERP/accounting software, and banking portals.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
High ethical standards, attention to detail, and a proactive approach.
Preferred Qualifications:
Certification such as ACCA, CA, or CFA is a strong advantage.
Experience in an export-oriented or manufacturing company is preferred.
