Business Development Intern

We are seeking highly motivated individuals for a dynamic 6-month paid learning internship in our Corporate Real Estate (CRS) department. This is an exceptional chance to gain hands-on experience and develop valuable skills in the thriving field of corporate real estate and business development.

Important Note: This is a paid learning internship. Interns will contribute a fee of Rs. 20,000/- to Manpoy Engineering for the comprehensive training, mentorship, and practical skill development provided throughout the program.

What You Will Learn & Develop:

Real Estate Market Analysis: Master market trend analysis, property valuation, and competitor research.
Property Management Expertise: Gain practical experience in lease administration and maintenance coordination.
Facilities Management Exposure: Explore space planning, office operations, and vendor management.
Project Management Experience: Support real estate project execution, from renovations to new construction.
Financial Analysis Skills: Learn to evaluate real estate investments and prepare financial reports.
Lease Negotiation Insights: Observe and participate in lease negotiations and contract management.
Data Management Proficiency: Utilize real estate software and databases for efficient information management.
Compliance & Regulatory Knowledge: Understand relevant real estate laws and regulations.
Client Relations & Business Development: Enhance communication skills and interact with stakeholders, while contributing to business development initiatives.

Your Responsibilities:

Conduct in-depth market research and generate detailed reports.
Assist with property inspections and site visits.
Support lease document and contract preparation and management.
Maintain and update real estate databases with accuracy.
Coordinate facilities maintenance and repairs efficiently.
Provide administrative support to the CRS team.
Actively participate in team meetings and training sessions.
Contribute to business development strategies and initiatives.
Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications We're Looking For:

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Finance, Architecture, or a related field.
A strong interest in corporate real estate and business development.
Exceptional analytical and research skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
A strong drive to learn and a proactive attitude.

Internship Fee: Rs. 20,000/-
Schedule: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
