We are seeking highly motivated individuals for a dynamic 6-month paid learning internship in our General Sales & Business Development department. This is an exceptional opportunity to gain hands-on experience and develop valuable skills in sales, business development, and the engineering sector.

Important Note: This is a paid learning internship. Interns will contribute a fee of Rs. 20,000/- to Manpoy Engineering for the comprehensive training, mentorship, and practical skill development provided throughout the program.

What You Will Learn & Develop:

  • Sales Techniques & Strategies: Master fundamental and advanced sales techniques, including prospecting, lead generation, and closing deals.
  • Market Research & Analysis: Learn to conduct in-depth market research, analyze competitor activities, and identify potential business opportunities.
  • Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Gain hands-on experience using CRM systems to manage customer interactions and track sales progress.
  • Business Development Strategies: Develop and implement effective business development strategies to expand Manpoy Engineering's market reach.
  • Product Knowledge: Acquire a comprehensive knowledge of Manpoy Engineering's products and services.
  • Proposal & Presentation Skills: Learn to create compelling sales proposals and deliver impactful presentations.
  • Negotiation Skills: Develop strong negotiation skills to achieve mutually beneficial agreements with clients.
  • Networking & Relationship Building: Build valuable professional relationships with clients, partners, and industry professionals.
  • Sales Reporting & Analysis: Learn to generate and analyze sales reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market research and identify potential leads.
  • Assist in developing and implementing sales and business development strategies.
  • Generate and qualify leads through various channels.
  • Schedule and conduct sales meetings and presentations.
  • Maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
  • Prepare sales proposals and contracts.
  • Provide excellent customer service and support.
  • Participate in sales and business development meetings and training sessions.
  • Assist in organizing and attending industry events.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications We're Looking For:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
  • A strong interest in sales and business development.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).  
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • A proactive attitude and a strong desire to learn.  
  • Ability to learn technical information.

Paid Learning Internship Details:

  • Duration: 6 Months
  • Internship Fee: Rs. 20,000/-
  • Schedule: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
