Dispatch Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Dispatch Coordinator to join our dynamic team. As a Dispatch Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing the daily operations of our transportation and logistics processes, ensuring that deliveries are made in a timely, efficient, and cost-effective manner.

Key Responsibilities:

Schedule and dispatch drivers to various locations based on priority and availability.
Monitor the progress of deliveries and make necessary adjustments to ensure on-time performance.
Coordinate with drivers, customers, and internal teams to resolve issues and delays.
Maintain accurate records of shipments, routes, and delivery schedules.
Communicate effectively with drivers and clients to provide real-time updates.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
Handle customer inquiries regarding shipment status and troubleshoot any issues.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of road conditions and routes.

Requirements:

Previous experience in dispatching, logistics, or a related field is preferred.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Fluency in English is required for effective communication with clients, drivers, and internal teams.
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Working Hours: 5:00 PM to 2:00 AM
