- Installing and configuring network hardware such as routers and switches.
- Monitoring network performance and reliability.
- Troubleshoot and resolve network issues including hardware and software problems.
- Performing regular network maintenance and updating software and hardware.
- Knowledge of TCP/IP and other network protocols.
- Good knowledge of hardware and software applications such as MS Office.
- Maintain hardware and software inventory.
- Manage Windows servers and have good knowledge of maintaining server machines.
- Perform various tasks such as Windows installation and troubleshooting.
- Manage daily logs of faults along with solutions.
