We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our Medicare campaign. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer support, addressing inquiries, and assisting with Medicare-related information.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls with professionalism and empathy.
- Provide accurate information regarding Medicare plans, benefits, and eligibility.
- Assist customers with enrollment processes, claims, and other Medicare-related services.
- Resolve issues and concerns efficiently while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
- Document interactions and follow up on unresolved cases as necessary.
- Stay updated on Medicare policies and changes to provide current and relevant information.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications related to healthcare is a plus.
- Previous experience in customer service or a call center environment preferred.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex information clearly.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficient in using computer systems and handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing needs.
