QA Specialist

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Female QA Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Quality Assurance within a BPO setting. This role requires a strong background in ensuring quality standards, identifying process improvements, and maintaining the highest levels of service delivery

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance protocols and procedures in the BPO environment.
Monitor and evaluate the quality of service provided by the operations team.
Conduct regular audits, analyze results, and provide actionable insights to improve performance.
Collaborate with various departments to ensure adherence to company standards and client expectations.
Train and mentor team members on quality standards and best practices.
Report on quality metrics, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
Participate in the development and implementation of continuous improvement initiatives.
Ensure compliance with all relevant industry standards and regulations.

Requirements:

Experience: Minimum of 5 years in Quality Assurance, specifically in a BPO environment.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in QA software and tools used in BPO settings.
- Strong communication skills for reporting and training purposes.
Important Note: Our office is located near Saddar, Karachi, so we prefer candidates from nearby areas for easier commuting.
Drop-off Service: A drop-off service is available for female employees living within a 10 KM radius of our Saddar office.
