  • Generate Leads: Identify and convert potential leads into customers.
  • Assess Needs: Evaluate customer needs to recommend appropriate Med Alert solutions.
  • Build Relationships: Establish and maintain trust-based relationships with customers.
  • Provide Information: Deliver accurate and detailed information about Med Alert products and services.
  • Achieve Targets: Meet sales and call handling targets effectively.
  • Resolve Issues: Address and resolve customer complaints and concerns promptly.
  • Maintain Records: Keep thorough records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Follow Guidelines: Adhere to company communication procedures and policies.
  • Enhance Engagement: Actively engage with customers to ensure a positive experience.

Requirements:

  • Experience in customer service or sales, preferably in the Med Alert sector.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to meet sales targets and handle high call volumes.
  • Familiarity with customer service tools and software.
