As a Senior Verifier, you will be responsible for generating sales leads, cultivating client relationships, and closing deals to meet or exceed sales targets. You will actively engage with potential clients, understand their needs, and provide them with tailored solutions that align with our products/services. This role requires strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to effectively represent the company and drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Verify and cross-check details such as personal information, financial data, and other relevant information.
- Provide excellent customer service and address any concerns or questions during verification calls
- Follow standardized procedures and protocols to validate information.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain an efficient workflow.
- Conduct thorough checks on data provided, ensuring accuracy and completeness
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and inquiries
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficient computer skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
