Key Responsibilities:
- Create and execute comprehensive digital marketing plans to promote real estate projects.
- Utilize SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and other digital channels to achieve marketing goals.
- Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior to adjust strategies accordingly.
- Develop engaging and high-quality content for websites and social media.
- Collaborate with the creative team to produce visually appealing graphics, videos, and other multimedia content.
- Manage and grow social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, etc.).
- Design and execute lead generation campaigns to capture and nurture potential clients.
- Provide regular reports on key metrics, including website traffic, conversion rates, and ROI.
- Manage digital marketing budgets and ensure efficient allocation of resources.
- Work closely with the sales, design, and development teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in the real estate sector.
- Proven track record of successful digital marketing campaigns.
