Problem-Solving:
- Resolve disputes between stakeholders related to building control matters.
- Handle complaints or concerns raised by the public or other departments.
Budget Management:
- Oversee budgets related to building control activities.
- Manage resources effectively to ensure efficient operations.
Health & Safety:
- Ensure health and safety standards are maintained on all building sites and projects.
- Monitor compliance with fire safety regulations and other safety-related standards.
