Patrol and Surveillance:
- Conduct regular patrols of town-owned facilities, parks, streets, and public areas.
- Monitor for suspicious activity, unauthorized access, or breaches of safety protocols.
Law Enforcement Support:
- Enforce municipal laws and ordinances, including parking regulations and noise complaints.
- Collaborate with local law enforcement agencies in crime prevention and investigation.
Incident Response:
- Respond promptly to emergencies, disturbances, or security breaches.
- Provide assistance during natural disasters, accidents, or public safety incidents.
- Prepare incident and activity reports as required.
Community Engagement:
- Build relationships with community members, fostering trust and cooperation.
- Educate the public on safety practices and local regulations.
Access Control and Property Security:
- Ensure the security of municipal buildings and assets, including locking/unlocking facilities as needed.
- Monitor security systems such as CCTV and alarm systems.
Event Security:
- Oversee security during town events, festivals, and public gatherings.
- Manage crowd control and ensure compliance with event permits and safety guidelines.
Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintain accurate records of daily activities, incidents, and inspections.
- Report hazards, damages, or maintenance needs to the appropriate departments.
