- Manage the overall operations of farms.
- Preparing plans and schedules for planting and harvesting and ensuring that staff understands expectations.
- Develop and keep financial and production records.
- Ensuring the seeds, fertilizers, pesticides and other supplies are regularly restocked.
- Hire, train and supervise farm workers.
- Necessary equipment purchase, repair and maintenance by coordinating with the relevant departments.
- Responsible of vending organic vegetables in the market if necessary
- Bachelor\'s in agriculture science or any other relevant degree.
- At least 10 years of experience in relevant field.
- Must have experience of regenerative and organic farming.
