Accountant and Warehouse Manager

Mayto Global Trade Pvt Ltd is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Accountant and Warehouse Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate possesses a strong background in both accounting and warehouse management, with at least one year of relevant experience. This role does not involve managing a team but requires an individual who can work independently while exhibiting excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. The Accountant and Warehouse Manager will play a crucial role in maintaining financial integrity and efficient inventory processes, ensuring the company operates smoothly and complies with all regulatory requirements. To succeed in this position, you must demonstrate proficiency in accounting software and have strong communication skills to effectively interact with suppliers and internal teams.

Responsibilities

Prepare and maintain comprehensive financial records, including general ledgers and expense reports, to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
Generate financial reports regularly, analyzing trends and variances in revenues and expenditures to help guide decision-making processes.
Oversee and manage all aspects of inventory, conducting regular audits to verify stock levels and ensure accurate reporting of inventory status to prevent discrepancies.
Coordinate with suppliers to manage procurement processes, selecting the best vendors based on quality, pricing, and delivery reliability while maintaining good supplier relations.
Implement and enforce policies and procedures for warehouse operations to improve efficiency and accuracy in inventory management.
Monitor compliance with relevant financial regulations and company policies, proactively identifying areas of concern and implementing corrective measures when necessary.
Utilize accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite effectively to streamline operations, ensuring all financial data is recorded and reported accurately.
Assist in budget preparation and expense forecasting by providing historical data and trend analyses, contributing to more informed financial planning for the company.
