Job Responsibiliities
- Act as a focal point for all the tasks related to Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) and Health information management System
- Contribute in developing and maintaining key performance indicator (KPI) database
- Update KPI database on monthly basis and share with Provincial and Country MEAL personnel for analyses, feedback and further sharing with concern stakeholders
- Ensure timely submission of weekly/monthly/quarterly reports (DHIS reports) and other related data
- Oversee data collection practices and ensure quality by random verifications and validations (i.e. DQA, LQAS etc.)
- Build technical capacity of project staff for health data management, analyses and interpretation through formal & informal trainings
- Facilitate in preparing weekly/monthly/quarterly/yearly narrative reports.
- Conduct frequent field visits, document finding and submit report to the line manager
- Ensure implementation of Grievance Redressal Mechanism (GRM) and report collected data on periodical basis.
- Dissemination of evaluation findings and project results to donors and other stakeholders.
- Identify, collect, write and share Case studies, Success Stories, Lesson Learnt, and best practices with the Provincial/ country office.
