This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Management Executive. The Sales Management Executive will be responsible for day-to-day tasks related to communication, customer service, Sales management & marketing activities. The role requires engaging with customers, promoting our elevator solutions, providing excellent customer service, and facilitating clients.
Responsibilities:
- Provide support to the Sales Department.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
- Understand clients’ needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company.
- Assist in creating sales material for sales preparation and success.
- Perform basic office tasks, such as filing, data entry, answering phones, processing the mail, etc.
- Handle communications with clients and vendors via phone, email, and in person.
- Process quotations, getting client approvals, updating data sheets, etc.
- Coordination during shipment and delivery process.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
- 0 months to 1 year experience
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (most notably in Microsoft Excel).
- Experience with CRM Software or other software tools (preferred).
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
