Reports To: Finance Manager

Location: Head Office - Rawalpindi

Key Responsibilities:

Preparation and finalization of supporting documents for payments.
Reconciliation of payments in line with GRNs, agreements and purchase orders.
Preparation of payment instruments and obtaining approval from relevant authorities and signatories.
Recording of all payments in accounting system.
Recording and maintaining advances and timely follow-up for their subsequent adjustment.
Responsible for neatly maintaining all voucher archives (off-site), sorted in month-wise format.
Maintain all other records related to finance department such as fixed assets payments, security deposits, bank related documents etc.
Provide assistance during internal and external audit.
Any other tasks or ad-hoc assignments assigned by line manager.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, ACCA, CMA Inter.
2-3 years of experience in finance or accounting, with a focus on accounts payable/receivable.
Proficient in MS Excel and financial/accounting software.
Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and audit requirements.
Excellent attention to detail, organization, and time management.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks under deadlines.
