The Requisition Officer is responsible for managing shelf quantity, daily purchase demand, stock handling, checking, and reporting to the pharmacist

Role and Responsibilities

Daily gathering of purchase demand
Purchasing on the basis of demand
Managing shelf quantity of all items
Weekly internal audit of all stock
Maintenance of N/A register
Stock allocation on the basis of FIFO/ LIFO
Return/ replacement of expiry stock
Checking of supply as per purchase order
Placing purchase order after verification of pharmacist
Stock in hand, checking & reporting to pharmacist
Any other as directed by the pharmacist
