  • Assist in ensuring compliance with Organizations rules and regulations and meeting all requirements and deadlines pertaining to HR in a timely manner;
  • Assist in the recruitment function; finalizing the job description in collaboration with the hiring manager, job posting, screening of applications, making interview calls and ensuring that all documentation of the recruitment cycle is in place;
  • Timely preparation of offer letters/contracts and agreements for newly hired staff, issuing extension addendums to staff as and when required, moreover making sure that experience letters are available with final settlement;
  • Maintain and update databases related to all staff for management reporting like staff database, recruitment tracker, leave tracker etc.
  • Making sure that change in payroll along with all supporting documents (Additions Deletions, Extensions, Advance Adjustments and deductions against advances) are shared with HRCo for smooth processing of payroll.
  • Assist in managing EOBI portal for each site, and making sure that payments should be made in time.
  • Assist in exit management of staff.
  • Coordination with insurance company for timely insurance of newly hired staff and staff left;
  • Timely submission of all valid health claims to Insurance company and making sure that all claims are settled within the agreed period;
  • Assist in ensuring timely completion of probation evaluation forms of newly inducted staff;
  • Personnel file management, ensure all documentation is complete. Update personnel files and other related HR documents including employment agreements, amendments, ensuring confidentiality while maintaining accurate file records;
