- Carrying out reception duties, collecting information, settling patients in and/or providing them with guidance
- Creating, updating, monitoring and archive records
- Applying protocols and procedures
- Carrying out basic procedures under the responsibility and according to the instructions of the doctor and/or nurse (blood pressure, weight, pregnancy tests, nutritional screening, rapid orientation and screening tests, etc.)
- Following-up and providing information to patients/users
- Assisting patients (travel, meals, hygiene, etc.)
- Reporting information and observations to members of the medical and social teams
- Cleaning and sterilising material and equipment
- Participating in education and/or prevention sessions
- Participating in data collection
- Contributing to the management of medical waste
- Participating in pharmacy management
