Full-time Night Shift (Aligning with US Time Zones)
We are looking for a highly experienced Medical Billing Specialist to join our growing remote team. We specialize in managing medical practices in the US and take pride in delivering top-tier revenue cycle management services. If you're passionate about precision, problem-solving, and have at least 5 years of hands-on experience in Internal Medicine billing, we want to hear from you!
Job Responsibilities:
End-to-end medical billing for Internal Medicine practices in the US
Claims creation, submission, and follow-up (electronic and paper)
Accurate posting of payments (EOBs, ERAs)
Managing denials and appeals efficiently
Ensuring compliance with industry standards and payer-specific rules
Coordinating with insurance companies for claim resolution
Communicating with US-based team as needed
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of experience specifically in Internal Medicine billing
In-depth knowledge of US insurance carriers (Medicare, Medicaid, Commercial)
Familiarity with EHRs, clearinghouses, and practice management software
Strong understanding of CPT, ICD-10, and HCPCS coding (certification a plus)
Excellent English communication and written skills
Willingness to work full-time night shift (US business hours)
