Key Responsibilities:

  •  Managing inbound & outbound messages
  •  Handling customer queries from our e-commerce platforms
  •  Assisting corporate clients with order updates & coordination
  •  Staying active across all social media platforms to respond to DMs, comments & inquiries
  •  Coordinating with courier, dispatch & operations for smooth order fulfillment 
  • Ensuring a seamless customer experience from first contact to post-sale follow-up

Requirements:

  •  Prior experience in customer service (e-commerce or B2B preferred)
  •  Strong written & verbal communication (English)
  • Friendly, patient, and detail-oriented
