Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Curate the organization's external communication channels that include but are not limited to the official website & LinkedIn. Enhancing brand presence through strategic content management and engagement.
  • Measuring interaction rates with posts (likes, comments, shares), tracking growth in followers and connections, and assessing the impact on brand visibility and awareness.
  • Drive the Organization’s communication and coordination agenda by managing companywide communication through visual artworks and communication plans.
  • Develop internal communications channels (newsletter), magazines, and brand manuals, with cross-departmental coordination.
  • Handling group-level communications in an appropriate and meaningful manner.
  • Customized departmental branding, designing certificates, giveaways like plaques, etc.
  • Customized artworks related to the significance of the day or event, and its related activities.
  • Successful execution of engagement events, including key occasions and celebrations, ensuring effective theme implementation, decor setup, and overall participant satisfaction.
  • Successful execution of commercial activities, including effective branding and event coordination.
  • Spearheading the CSR activities that are being planned and executed. End-to-end process ownership along with maintaining the progress trackers & presentations for the consumption of the competent authorities.
  • Managing inaugural coverage, designing and setting up standees and backdrops, and ensuring smooth event execution with seamless coordination.
  • Enhancing brand visibility for commercial activities, including attending corporate events, airline relationship management, and stakeholder management.
