The role based in Islamabad will be responsible for supporting the Regional Marketing team in the designing, planning, development and implementation of all the organization’s marketing strategies and marketing communications.

Key Accountabilities

  •  Responsible for implementing marketing strategies to deliver success both at market level and for Pakistan.
  • Steering and working closely with the marketing team in the planning and delivery of marketing initiatives that will drive and achieve the revenue targets, department objectives and KPIs.
  •  Responsible for the effective utilization of resources and marketing management processes ensuring full support is delivered to the wider team in a timely manner.
  • Support in the development of target-oriented B2B and B2C campaigns in discussion with the regional team based on specific customer segmentation and market intelligence.
  • Responsible for ensuring compliance to marketing and commercial strategy for the region and ensuring that marketing activities are performed to plan and budget.
  • Responsible in the creation, implementation and measurement of a comprehensive marketing and communications program.
  • This includes all marketing and communications activities and materials including brand and retail campaigns, media relations, sales etc.
  • Working closely with marketing team in the development of target-oriented campaigns assisting with the interpretation of customer & travel trade trends and market intelligence.
  • Working closely with superiors to review the editorial written & image design, production and distribution of company broadcast developed for the region.
  •  Working closely with the Marketing team to regularly monitor and respond to queries received on social media or in response to your direct marketing communication with the consultation of the Assistant Manager Marketing and if necessary, route to concern with necessary follow up.
  • Must have good knowledge of Meta and paid campaigns to boost sales from direct customers.
  • Regularly monitor brand perceptions, competitors and market trends across Pakistan region and translate these insights into working marketing strategies.
  • Manage projects when necessary, such as product or destination launches, local sponsorships and special events held for North Pakistan.
  • Perform other department duties related to his/her position as directed by the Assistant Manager of Marketing.
  • Extend support to Marketing team to develop the Marketing Calander for marketing promotions, events, and holidays, and channelize marketing communication through social media, direct emails, & WhatsApp Promotions.
  • Ensures that information on the distribution channels in B2B & B2C is timely.

Minimum Qualification / Experience/ Knowledge / Skills

Minimum Qualification: University Degree or equivalent

Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in graphic designing and marketing.

  • Adobe Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere)

Additional Requirements

  • Communicate fluently in spoken/written English.  Knowledge of Arabic preferred
  • General knowledge of Travel trade industry
  • Demonstrated ability to recommend and enhance corporate dealing methods
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze, recommend and implement corporate strategies
  • Excellent skills in corporate account management, influencing and negotiations, corporate dealing
