Key Responsibilities

Stock Maintenance: Accurately manage and maintain inventory levels to ensure smooth operations.

Raw Material Management: Handle purchase orders for raw materials and keep detailed records of incoming supplies.

Expense Management: Maintain and track all expense details related to stock and inventory.

Order Dispatch: Attend to sales orders and ensure timely dispatch of products to clients.

Accounting Software Usage: Utilize accounting software proficiently to manage stock records and reports.

Skills & Qualifications

Proficiency in accounting software or ability to learn the software on the job.
Must understand elementary-level English to understand and use the software.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Proven experience of 2 years in inventory management, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
