Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled IT Administrator to manage and maintain our IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate will ensure the seamless operation of our network, servers, and security systems while providing technical support to employees.

Key Responsibilities:

● Monitor and maintain network and server performance.

● Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights.

● Ensure data backups and system security.

● Manage the installation, maintenance, and monitoring of CCTV systems

● Manage biometric systems to ensure accurate employee time tracking.

● Ensure connectivity & seamless integration of data amongst various sites.

● Provide technical support for software and hardware issues.

● Oversee software installations, updates, and patches.

● Collaborate with vendors and support teams.

Qualifications:

● Proven experience in IT administration or similar roles.

● Strong knowledge of network protocols, firewalls, and security.

● Strong knowledge of Windows servers.

● Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

● Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
