Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the front desk and act as the first point of contact for visitors and clients.
  • Handle administrative duties such as filing, document management, and correspondence.
  • Draft letters, emails, and other communications.
  • Perform data entry and manage documents using Microsoft Excel and MS Word.
  • Assist with additional clerical tasks as required.

Requirements:

  • Good-looking (Age upto 33 years)
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word.
  • Strong letter drafting and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment.
